I have never experienced customer service from an insurance company such as I have with Nationwide. I am 56 and have had many companies try to quote me insurance, but could never come close to what I have with Nationwide. I recently took out a home owners policy and was way cheaper than others as well.1. Jeff Clark Agency in Spartanburg, SC and my agent Moua Lee is the best, they offer not just service, but PERSONAL service. This is the biggest factor that keeps me here.2. Every time I have ever had a claim I get the same Personal service.3. Wesley Forrester & Erica Smith (Claims Adjusters) that handled my recent rear end collision claim are both just as awesome as my Jeff Clark team, they have called me several times to be sure they had my info correct, that all my needs are being taken care of and give me all the assurance and instructions needed to get my car repaired.4. I cant find a price no where that matches what I have, with accidents, new cars added, 2 sport cars on my policy of 3 cars, the prices can't be beat. But the service speaks volumes over all other companies.OTHERS MAY HAVE BETTER PRICES BUT NATIONWIDE HAS THE BEST, CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR!THANKS NATIONWIDE,ANGEL RAIMONDO
